Police are issuing a renewed appeal for information about a woman who was last seen over a week ago in a âfragile and distressedâ state.
Jeanette Roche, 47, was last seen at her home address in Bamber Bridge at around 4.15pm on Monday, June 27.
A further sighting revealed she was at Preston Railway Station on Tuesday, June 28, at 3am.
She has not had access to essential medication for several health conditions and police are concerned for her welfare.
Detective Inspector Martin Pearson, from the Public Protection Unit, said: âJeanette has not been seen for over a week and we are extremely concerned about her.
âShe was very distressed when she was last seen, saying she was going for a walk to calm down following an upsetting phone call.
âShe was in a fragile state of mind and with each day that passes we are becoming increasingly worried about her.
âWe would urge anybody who knows where she is to contact us. We would also appeal to Jeanette, if she sees this, to get in touch to let us know she is safe.â
She is described as white, 5ft tall, slim build with shoulder length dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing glasses, a coral t-shirt with buttons, navy leggings and black platform trainers.
Police believe since she went missing, Jeanette bought and started wearing a black and white cardigan (pictured).
She has connections to Wigan, Leyland, Chorley, Haslingden and Keswick.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log number LC-20160627-1191.
